    Delicious! I made the pesto using Bold Bean Company's Butter Bean, Ricotta and Pesto recipe (takes less than 5 mins) and added a little extra olive oil at lunchtime to loosen everything up. Super tasty

    This is a nice combination and stores and travels well. I also added in some broccoli and added this and the courgette to the pasta pan towards the end of cooking time just to take the edge off a bit. I’d make this again but do agree with the comment about the pasta amount and would reduce that by half next time.

    I made this and it was gorgeous, kept really well for 4 days. I found 500g dried pasta A LOT for 4 portions so maybe thats cooked weight?

    Hi Jenny! Glad you loved the recipe so much! The 500g Orecchiette is the dried weight here but feel free to reduce the serving size if you'd like a smaller portion.

    I think a lot of the calories come from the amount of pasta. I usually give 75g of dried pasta per person - so this recipe would be around 300g of pasta total

    Agreed! I got a much lower calorie count when putting the ingredients through a nutrition app, so would be great to know which is accurate.
