enjoyed this recipe! i definitely cooked the cauliflower & halloumi for a bit longer than suggested but overall happy. we liked it with a bit of yoghurt on the side.

so good and so easy! i love a good tray bake. definitely not the last time I’ll be making this! i didn’t have 2 red onions so i added a couple of shallots and they retained their purple colour and contrast so well with the turmeric! thank you!!

very easy, however the cauliflower wasn’t as soft as I like it. I should have left them longer in the oven I think or pre-cooked them a bit before hand.

30 mins at 160C is nowhere near enough, I’d say at least 40 mins at 180 or 200 to get any colour on the halloumi and cauliflower.

Tasted great! I'd say there's not quite enough rice to spread this for 4 servings, but there's definitely enough of the veg/halloumi! Just maybe add in another rice packet :)
