I don’t have an air fryer 😓. What are the equivalent temps & times in an oven?

Hi Tom! No problem at all, you can easily cook the veg and salmon in the oven instead of the air fryer. Here's the instructions below:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan).
2.For the veg: Spread them out on a tray, drizzle with oil, season as usual, and roast for around 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and tender.
3. For the salmon: Prep as instructed in the method and place on a lined tray, and bake for 12–15 minutes, until just cooked through and flaky.
