Very good, easy, quick recipe for a healthy midweek meal. I’m not usually a salmon fan but even I love it! I don’t bother salting the cucumbers though or adding the gherkins or spring onions. Instead I just chop up the cucumber and add Vadasz pickled red onions for the same pickled/allium hit. I also add any kind of green I have in the fridge like rocket/spinach/lambs lettuce. And finally crispy onions on top! A great recipe to mix up based on what you have in the cupboard!

loved it! left a few ingredients out (just used white sesame seeds, and a pack ready done rice and didn’t use the feta, yoghurt or pumpkin seeds) but it was tasty and quick - definately will make again

Both me and my partner and even my kids absolutely love this dish and it's an absolutely perfect summer lunch and I will definitely be making this again. Found it all really easy to make. I did skip the yoghurt as I thought the was enough. I thought that the flavours were really balanced. I didn't think it was too salty and I was really happy with the final product. I would recommend to everyone. I didn't have the quinoa and rice mix so I just skipped it and had plain white rice.

Delicious but too much salt in the everything mix for my taste & skipped the yoghurt cause felt creamy enough with the feta in.

it mentions soured yogurt at the end but includes Greek yogurt in the recipe - how do we sour it?
