This was tasty after making it - used 0% fat Greek yogurt, so probably less calories! Wasn't as great eating it cold though, the halloumi was quite chewy 😬

Looks lovely but a very thick (but powerful!) dressing using dried tomatoes rather than wet ones in oil from a jar!
