This was delicious! I couldn’t find a pre-made chipotle paste so used a tandoori instead and it was yum 😊

A lot of stores will sell canned or dried peppers. If you can find canned, just toss it in a blender. If they’re dried you’ll want to toss them in boiling water for a little then blend. Either way makes a great paste for marinading!

really tasty and kept well for a couple of days Would have been useful if recipe said you needed lime zest before it told you you needed the juice - otherwise great

Very tasty dish, for macro people this came out to 708kcals but I used a couple extra thighs so the estimate is spot on.

Sweet, smoky, and just a little bit spicy this one punches well above its weight for flavour. The pineapple caramelises beautifully and plays so well against the savoury chipotle marinade. An easy go-to for a bold, tropical-style lunch.

What kind of chicken thighs do you use for this one? Bone-in skin on/boneless skinless etc.
