This recipe had nice flavours but did not keep well in the fridge. Probably my least favourite lunch I have made from mob

So definitely fit a spanakopita flavour profile but overall this was a bit bland. We used the full dill amount and it was perfect given that there was sooo much orzo in this (it made way more than 6 servings). While on its own we didn't think this dish was a superstar, it makes a great base for Greek style bowls or maybe if the orzo is reduced it would be more flavourful. We also added way more feta than what is listed in the recipe.

very tasty dish. was quite shocked at how much dill it requires and the packet I bought was 20g short. I enjoyed the herbiness of it but trying to imagine what the full 50g would be like. 30g feels like absolutely plenty. added more garlic and feta and put the spinach juice into the orzo liquid instead of wasting. I scaled mine to 4 portions for lunches, and each portion is big so definitely good bang for buck

Very tasty, I read the comments prior to cooking and added extra garlic. For those who mentioned it turning into a brick once it’s been in the fridge, I just added a little water then microwaved it and it did the trick! have also been adding to it for the left overs including tomatoes, basil and some crispy fried onion sprinkled on top for some crunch.

i swear you have to cook down a sack of spinach to get the right greens to pasta ratio, but it’s worth it and very tasty in the end. Cook your orzo in the yummiest stock you have to make the dish really shine

this recipe was a little bland on its own but I added a big dollop of tzatziki and pickled red onions and served it with mint lamb kebab skewers and it was delicious!

really enjoyed this though had double spinach, half dill by accident, double garlic, double feta, extra mini tomatoes, Kalamata olives and edamame beans.

this was ok. could maybe do with a bit more flavour, maybe some more herbs. The orzo was a bit stodgy. I topped it with olive oil at the end, I think this stopped it from clumping together when it was in my lunch box.

Tried it and didn't love it. Cooked okay and the first bite tasted nice. After putting it in a lunch box and heating it up the next day, the orzo had clumped together into a brick - reheating it 50% saved it but after a few bites the flavour just wasn't right - ended up only eating one of the three I made.
