Not quite 10mins, but definitely under 20 - and delicious! I used canned cherry tomatoes so I skipped the paste, swapped the cream cheese for greek yogurt and it still was perfect! Going into our quick meal rotation for sure 😁

minimal effect, maximum flavour. used less beans as a tin of beans person, as a lunch at least, seemed like a lot for me. really tasty, will make again

Lovely recipe- cooked everything down for about 30 minutes over a low heat to allow all the flavours to meld, rather than the 10 minutes total suggested. Scrummy.

With all the flavours, I was looking forward to this but it just tasted meh to me. Maybe because it’s not cooked for very long, the flavours just don’t permeate the dish.

I just added plenty of salt and let it simmer for a while longer and it tasted lovely!
