Found that the spinach ends up being a very small portion compared to the rest of it so you might want to double it. Otherwise very tasty and unique meal prep for me.

I want to try this as a meal prep but do I need to eat it cold as I won’t be able to air fry the salmon at work, or will it microwave? Cheers!

Microwaving worked for me. Obviously not as nice as fresh but good regardless.
