Really lovely but I couldn’t get the orzo to brown! I waited longer than the instructions on a medium/high heat but then the butter just started to burn so had to add the water/rice. What am I doing wrong?

This was awesome. I think for ease next time I’ll roast the courgette and halloumi together in the oven rather than frying.
