Banoffee Overnight Oats
Creamy, caramelly oats layered with bananas & a lush peanut-date sauce. Tastes like dessert, but it’s breakfast.

The calories for this are completely off. If you lessen the peanut butter it’s 500 cal for 5 servings. no where near 9 servings. It is incredibly tasty but decadent and high calorie

The average serving of oats is 40-50g so the automatic 9 servings here is more like 3

it would really help to have the measurement in the method. I have to keep going back and forth between ingredients and method

Absolutely delicious, but the ratio of oats to banoffee mixture is really off - I put mine in a jar and do 1/3 jar oats mixture, thin layer of banoffee sauce, bananas (x2). probably need about twice as much of the oat/flax/milk mixture

The serving is super small. I ended up cooking 3 of these servings per person for one breakfast

absolutely delicious - I always make this at the weekend now, and lasts me pretty much the whole week. Easy to grab and digest when waking up early and very filling!

I changed to 6 portions but the oats amount is no where enough… barely done 3 servings

The recipe is pre set to 9 servings. I have altered this to 4 but my portion sizes look pretty small. Is it set to 9 servings for any reason please?

I used flax seed meal as I didn't have any flax seed. I would not recommend this as it turned out quite glue-y in texture. The flavour of the sauce was delicious though and I ended up using it on some separate overnight oats.
