Step 1.
Pour your Quaker Oat So Simple and chia seeds into a bowl and cover with 200ml water. Leave to soak overnight.
Step 2.
Toast your almonds in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for 5 minutes until they are turning golden and fragrant. Roughly chop.
Step 3.
When you are ready to eat, pop your oat mixture into a small saucepan and add your oat milk. Bring it to a gentle simmer over a medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring until your oats have turned tender and transformed into a thick, creamy porridge.
Step 4.
Pour your porridge into a bowl and top with a drizzle of maple syrup, a dollop of almond butter. a scattering of raspberries and your chopped almonds.
This porridge would also be wicked with lots of other fruits and nut butters.
