Enjoyed this but ate a slice and felt it was a tad dry so i stabbed holes in the cake and drizzled more icing over and it made it sooo much better!!

the intro says the recipe is made using plain flour but ingredients list self-raising flour. which is the intended one, please?

Made courgette and lime instead and it was so incredibly moist. A real fan favourite. I made it in a loaf tin which meant it took nearly double the cooking time.
