made multiple times with half of the chicken substituted by a generous amount of fruits de mer. Not sure if the broth for the rice scales well. Making this always with 1 pack of paella rice (500gr) and only using slightly more than 1L of chicken broth. super tasty!

Really delicious, I used slightly less stock - about 700ml which was plenty and added a few prawns in at the end, but it was really tasty and easy to make.
