Step 1.
Make the Juicy Pulled Chipotle Chicken.
Step 2.
Set a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot, fry the bacon until golden and crispy on both sides. Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper.
Step 3.
Shred the lettuce. Add the pulled chipotle chicken to the empty frying pan and warm through until piping hot. Add a splash of water if it needs loosening.
Step 4.
Toast the bread slices if you like. Spread salsa onto half the slices and mayo onto the other half.
Step 5.
Layer up: start with lettuce on the mayo side, add a generous spoonful of the hot chicken, top with crispy bacon and close with the salsa-covered slice.

Combo didn’t really work well. It’s better with lettuce tomato cheese mayo without salsa and bacon.
