Lovely recipe, will make again. More liquid/stock is needed though as comments state. Written recipe seems to differ from video. Video seems to add tinned tomatoes or passata whereas written recipe does not say tinned tomatoes so assumption can be made that fresh chopped tomatoes are used. I used fresh chopped tomatoes and worked well. Had no dill so just added more fresh parsley. Worked a treat!

Delicious!! Our kids loved it too. I went a bit rogue- did on the hob not oven and added at least double the amount of water which I made as a chicken stock. No dill as I couldn’t get it but the dish was delicious without it. I think the key is cooking the onions really well so they release their sweetness into the dish. Yum!

Really tasty but needed more water - I added at least another 50 ml and it still wasn’t quite cooked by the end - and I’d left the lid on to try and keep the moisture in!

Delicious! I added a bit more liquid as recommended in other comments, steeped the onions in the lemon juice while the bake was cooking and added generous amounts of the herbs just before saving. The onion/herb mixture really makes the dish.

This was lovely, made two large portions and my husband was disappointed that there wasn’t any left! I added half a finely chopped preserved lemon as I didn’t have any fresh lemons and that worked well. I did have to add about 30ml more water partway through cooking as it got a bit dry
