This takes a lot longer than 1.5hrs to prepare & cook, perhaps not double but over 2hrs. It’s worth it as the flavour is amazing though very hot even after reducing the chilli content. The Oyster mushrooms didn’t work at all & we struggled to find firm tofu but it would work well with meat as a protein source too.
