Such a delicious recipe. That soy butter is insane. Really punchy and pairs perfectly with the creamy tahini. I’ve been having it on sourdough toast with the seedy butter cold from the fridge. SO GOOD

Lovely dish, it really packs a punch with many difgerent flavours. Next time I think I’ll try without the ginger just to se how it affects the flavours and also to calm the dish down. Would be a perfect first course 👌
