Step 1.
Blend the watermelon (with the seeds for extra nutrients if you like) with the mint, chili and lime, until smooth.
Step 2.
Pour into the molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
Step 3.
Optional to sprinkle some sumac over them, which is really deliciously zingy.
