Vodka Clementine Bitters
Using a peeler, peel the orange into a long rind for garnish. Use a knife to then cut a thick slice of the rind off.
Add ice to a balloon gin glass.
Pour in your vodka before adding in two dashes of Angostura bitters and your Fever-Tree Spanish Clementine Tonic Water. Add the orange peel and stir.
Squeeze the rind over the glass and ignite using a lighter to create a wonderful bouquet of aroma.
