Really yummy! I used 750g of mushroom instead and a whole can of lentils (coming out to about 370g total). Couldn't find rose harissa so I used regular harissa and dumped some rose water inside - a really nice touch, really brings out the celery flavour which is different for a dish with tomato in it. Chopped some canned roma tomatoes. No notes, at all 10/10 would make again.

too excessively mushroom tasting needs to have more of a balance. white wine and something acidic to cut the punch of the mushrooms

Hi! This defo can be frozen. Just freeze the sauce, without the pasta for a quick meal.
