Cooked at 160 for 30 minutes. Had to cook at 250 for 40 more. Still not soft. Garlic not soft enough to squeeze into rice. As others have said, it's dry. Not worth the effort.

I really enjoyed this simple to make recipe. I didn’t have any halloumi, & used feta instead so it was a bit salty but still very delicious, not dry at all. I will definitely make again.

Lovely flavours! Took on board another uses comments and accompanied it with a herby mango chutney yogurt. Worked well and really enjoyed the easy recipe 🙏

Slightly dry, so could do with a complimentary sauce. Delicious flavours, though. And very easy!
