I used a 500g pack of gnocchi, 1 pack of cherry tomatoes (240g) to bake with the feta. Took it out after 20 minutes then mixed in a tin of cherry tomatoes with all the liquid, put back in the oven for 20 minutes before squeezing the garlic through for another 5. This was the best as it padded it out a bit more and we found it was plenty for 4 smaller portions! This was fine as gnocchi is so filling anyway! Such a simple truly ‘one pot dinner’ which requires no chopping which is always a positive - next time I might try adding bacon or chorizo for a hit of meat. Defo recommend:)

500g seems a lot for 2 people, normally a 500g pack says it serves 4?

Hey Millie! You can absolutely reduce the amount of gnocchi for a smaller portion but we've found that 2 cooked packs usually serves 4 people :)

Probably one of the best recipes on here - easy, quick, budget friendly, not too heavy on the cals per portion despite tasting quite rich, and it gives the gnocci a great crispy texture. Ive found it goes well with extra stuff ive added too - courgette, red onion, sundried tomatoes, olives. Love!
