Really enjoyed this recipe. I used sweet potato instead and doubled the chilli. The recipe also didn’t reduce the yoghurt for 2 in the instructions so I don’t have any left for the drizzle. Just squeezed lime juice on after.

It was great but I think I left it under the grill for a little longer than 5 min so didn't get perfectly cooked pink salmon. Still prep wasn't too bad, I had most of the ingredients in my cupboard and it turned out to be quite delicious!

Wonderful spice flavours. Adjust salmon cooking times (final grill) according to size of fillets, mine took 10 mins not 5. Will def make again.

This was really good. The heat of the fresh chilies and the cool tang of the yogurt and the bitterness of the broccolini really made me come back for more everytime. I would say, better to leave that fish marinate for super long, it needs it
