I’m not a lover of fish sauce but this was great although calm down on the fish sauce

Excellent but I had to turn my convection/fan setting on my oven the last five minutes to crisp up the skin. Also the ingredients lists 3 T of toasted rice for the sauce but the instructions said 2 T. I went with 2 T and it was fine.
