    I know others have said it’s a confusing recipe, but also in terms of the dressing - at first we have tamarind puree, tomatoes, peanut butter, lime and honey in a BOWL, seasoned with fish sauce, and then two steps later we’re adding garlic to the PAN of tamarind, honey, water (??) and fish sauce.

    There’s tamarind and fish sauce in both the dressing for the salad and the sauce for the chicken? so you add the dressing ingredients into the bowl and then when cooking chicken you add the separate measurements of tamarind and fish sauce to coat the chicken. I feel like it was clear enough
