The messy mix of tahini, chilli crunch and crispy chickpeas over soft sweet potatoes is divine, but the tahini butter is the true star of this show.

My favourite mob dish so far. Made it twice in two days. SO good. And ludicrously easy.

Was sceptical when reading the ingredients list but my sweet potato was growing tentacles so made it....bloomin marvellous it was, crispy chilli oil was just an extra super pop with the flavours.

So good! I used spinach and forgot to add the spring onion because i was so damn keen to just eat it, and it was still great. Saving this recipe as a great salad / side dish for dinner parties, too

This was delicious , I used spinach because I had some in. I couldn’t find crispy chilli oil so made some using a recipe from mob. It’s definitely going to be a regularly made recipe.

not sure what happened but i could Not get out of the curdled phase with the sauce. remade it without the lime juice and just drizzled a little lime over the finished product. tasty!!

Hi Jayce, tahini seizes when you add moisture to it, but all you have to do it continue whisking in water, it defo will come back :)

Was delish! I spiced up the chickpeas with garlic, paprika, and cumin, and doubled the lime juice. Such a versatile recipe and nice and filling.

Didn't have vegan nor normal butter, so I just doubled up the tahini. Also replaced the kale with spinach. Absolutely delicious!

Really good contrasts between mushy, crunchy, zingy, savory, sweet. Made for 2 but kept the ratios for 4 with the sauce. Just as well as ate all the sauce as it was too good.
