i found this recipe very easy to adapt to any given grocery week if you aren’t too worried about exact macros, and still very tasty. I like the combo of yogurt and chia and crunchy topping. I did not make it with the dates and hemp bc I’m watching sugar and don’t have a lot of other uses for hemp seeds.

I am not a fan of the smoothie part, couldn't taste the fruit only the hemp, might have to adjust to suit

Hi Kate! Thanks for giving this one a go, sorry to hear you weren't a fan of the smoothie! Next time you could always reduce the amount of hemp seeds and increase the frozen fruit to make the taste more fruity.

Maybe I’m the only one but this was slightly confusing to follow…the chia seeds are listed in the pudding section so I stupidly added them to the yoghurt instead of the smoothie. Hopefully it still works out 😅

What could you use instead of nuts and peanut butter please?

You could toast some seeds and use tahini (ground sesame seeds)? I don't work for Mob, just ideas :)

Sunflower and pumpkin seeds for the topping, fried up the same way. Sunflower seed butter perhaps or Wowbutter which is soy nut butter (not a nut, suits my allergies but check with your doctor!)
