Sticky Sesame Chicken

Preheat oven to 180°C/356°F.
Add the thighs to a baking tray. Add dark soy, sesame oil, a crushed garlic clove, a grated knob of ginger and honey. Mix everything together. Place the tray in the oven for 50 minutes.
Baste chicken every 15 minutes in the juices.
Get your rice on (follow pack instructions).
Serve thighs on top of the steaming hot rice. Pour over some of the juices, scatter with sesame seeds and tuck in!
