Hi Alyson. You could freeze the cooked chicken thighs then defrost thoroughly and reheat. It might effect the texture (they might not be as sticky) but they'll still be delicious!

I cooked this in the slowcooker and then used the broiler to caramelise the chicken. We ended up with so much sauce and I loved it.
