Liked this as a way of using up leftover chicken, but wasn’t a fan of the sauce (or lack thereof). Will make my own next time in favour of something saucier. Agree with a previous review that it would go great with a handful of cashews!

Hey Imogen! Thanks for your feedback, this recipe is on the sticky/dry side, so adding a splash of water or stock to loosen it will get you a bit more sauce :)

I loved it. Loving the chicken leftovers from the roast chicken, it tastes so flavour full. The chinese flavours were great it made me feel I was eating restaurant food. I would love to paste the picture but cannot do from the app. There is no lime on the lists of ingredients so I forgot. This would work well with rice noodles and cashews! Also I substituted the chinese vinegar with a mix of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar which was great that I found through AI search.

This just did not work for me. Lots of flavour but absolutely no sauce. Followed recipe religiously, but nothing sticky or glossy about it.

really enjoyed this. thought it was going to be too dry, but it was really nicely balanced and perfect for a quick midweek meal. Will definitely make it again.
