I swapped the beef out with roast chicken and it was super yummy! Lots of flavour in this dish and super easy for a mid week meal.

if you can, bbq the steak first. the smokiness is perfect for the flavours. I also added a lot of coriander too.

Sooo good, conforting and warming! Gochujang and miso give a lovely boost to the rich broth, I swapped radish for carrots and didn't use wakame but the result was amazing!

Delicious! Didn’t use wakame or white radish as couldn’t find any and used more s***ake mushrooms. Much nicer than many noodle soups we’ve had out and super easy. Mushrooms and onion really take on flavour of delicious broth.
