my husband who is the judge of whether I’d make this again loved the meat- was a little iffy about the pasta but didn’t hate the combo. he’d prefer to try it over rice vs the fusion- but the flavor was great

SO TASTY! EVERYONE HAD SECONDS! 😆 I did not manage to get the gochujang paste, but I’m happy I skipped it (because we couldn’t have handled the heat 🤣🌶️). So I only chopped a few extra chillies on top. And I did add in the sauce a bit of Japanese Style Mayo in the sauce 😬to make it a bit creamy. Saved in the Favorites Folder!

Tasty dish!!! Added courgette and 2 bell pepper for additional vitamins and was generous with the “sauce”. Can recommend if you like it a bit spicy and a bit sweet! Will make again!
