This was really good. I didn't have any homemade stock so used an unsalted stock and the miso/dashi/pepper base made all the difference.

We had this last night and it was delicious. I bought some fresh chicken stock which definitely added to the flavour. We topped it off with White Mausu Black Bean Rayu which made it extra yum. Very quick and easy.

Can also boil the eggs in the chicken stock, for someone like me whose hob only has two stove tops - saves even more time!

I found step 4 and 5 quite vague and confusing, which led me to adding the miso paste sauce thing wrong I think (to the top?), and adding all of the broth, instead of a few ladles..
It was still very tasty quick and easy, but not quite right!
