awful recipe. no way you can “toast” the pasta without making a huge mess, flinging bits of pasta across your whole kitchen. The end result of the recipe is that you end up with a load of bits of pasta stuck to the bottom of the pan. really unimpressed!

Hey Chris, thanks for giving this a try - sorry to hear it didn't hit the spot for you! If you break the pasta up into really small pieces you should be able to toast it in the pan without any trouble. This recipe is also meant to be crispy at the end, so it's normal for some little bits to stick to the pan!
