I had expected big things from this recipe especially from all the brilliant reviews but sadly was a bit disappointed in the actual flavour of the koftas. I don’t think coating the outside delivers really any taste!! If I cooked again think I’d just pop the seasing straight into the kofta mix and be a lot more generous with the salt! Nice concept and enjoyed the salad.

Hey Lily, thanks for giving this one a try! Those suggestions sound like great ideas if you found the flavour a bit lacking this time!

DEEEEEEEEELISH. I actually couldn't be bothered with Koftas and just straight marinaded chicken thighs and followed the recipe as usual. Also swapped courgette for cucumber. Loved

Made this last night and it's an instant favourite, would swap out the courgettes for Cucumber 🥒 next time for that deconstructed kebab vibe.

An incredibly tasty lunch. I swapped the courgettes for cucumber and the parsley for coriander and a little mint, as I didn’t have any at the time. I served it with garlic aioli and it was delicious.
