love this recipe so much! however, the cooking time at the start says 1 1/2 - 2 hours cooking time and the recipe later on says 2 1/2 hours cooking time so not sure which is more accurate?

Really enjoyed it! Had a slightly smaller joint of meat but the timings worked - it was still really moist and I had to finish the crackling off under the grill.

Not sure how would 2:30h would work,after 1:30 it was starting to become close to burnt. Maybe should be wrapped in foil?
