Really delicious and warming! Next time I would leave the chicken on the bone when poaching (could only get thigh on the bone). I would also say the serving sizes are a bit too small - would potentially add 1 more serving on to make it 5 for 4 people

Hi Louise! When it comes to serving, divide the rice between bowls then pour over the broth and other bits (step 7).
