Hi Kate! Thanks so much for letting us know what you thought. Totally get you, mackerel’s a pretty rich fish and it’s not for everyone. If you fancy giving it another go, you could lighten it up by adding more greens, squeezing in a bit of extra lemon, or even swapping the mackerel for something a bit fresher like trout or prawns, to make it more up your street. x

I love this recipe - although the dressing was a bit sharp for me and I think next time I might add something creamy to balance it out... mozzarella?
