How long could you keep the sauce mix in the fridge before using? Looking to do the blending at home and put together on holiday.

Hi Angie! The sauce will keep for up to 3–4 days in the fridge. Just store it in an airtight container and give it a quick stir before using. Enjoy your holiday x

What was the soy sauce for - Just added flavour? Ended up adding more onions on top plus some Sriracha as I would have preferred it a little hotter. Not very tomatoey but on the whole I liked the taste & texture of the sauce. Could use noodles or spaghetti. I would cook this again with a few little tweaks. Never used silken tofu so it was great to try it & I won’t be afraid of using it again. Good to have some protein in such a simple dish. All things considered I enjoyed eating it.

The ingredients mention soy sauce but its not in the methods, added it at the end and it was great though!
