Yum! I made with chicken sausages that I cooked and added to the bean mixture at the end. Also subbed the sweet potato for squash as its in season. The gremolata really finishes the dish off so don't skip this part. A really lovely autumnal dish.

We made with veggie sausages and they go a bit spongy in the liquid so next time will oven cook then finish in the sauce. Had run out of tomato purée so added minced sun-dried tomatoes which were lovely!

This is so simple to make and is a new favourite of my 10 year old (he's a bit suspicious of the gremolata though). Really tasty, a great midweek family meal.

The whole family really enjoyed this. I added a bag of kale at the end for extra vitamins and fibre and increased cooking time by 5 minutes. Great easy recipe.

Nice recipe- I added more sweet potato as and lemon as I love a bit of tang. Will definitely make again.

This was an EXCELLENT dish. So tasty and easy to make. Low calories per portion, so I've made it for a low cal lunch and would maybe have some crusty bread with it to add some more bulk to the meal if I needed to.
