My family enjoyed this, but personally I found it way too rich with the coconut milk, the peanutbutter and the sweet potato. If I make it again, I’ll consider using just water instead of coconut milk in the satay sauce.

I’d recommend adding lime juice to taste—I may have had a large lime but my sauce ended up way too sour, especially for my child, and I had to do a lot of doctoring to cut the acidity.

nice recipe! I had a weird bug on the android app however where 4 servings = 500g sweet potato, rather than 1kg as shown in the website (which is correct).

Really good recipe! Only thing I’d say is that I think the noodles are just enough for 2 adults and 1 child, not quite 4 people. Very tasty though and will make again!
