really delicious. for extra protein i added black beans and used a high protein wrap. in the eggs, i added cottage cheese before frying into omelettes. i also included cherry tomatoes in with the mushrooms so it wasn't so dry and changed the haloumi for cheddar. it's definitely a keeper to be put on rotation now.

Delicious! May well be my dreadful pan but the process of flipping them with the tortillas was easier said than done. Either way they taste great and I’ve got breakfast sorted for the rest of the week

Filling and satisfying brekkie burrito. I sprinkled grated cheese directly in the omelette batter before frying (didn't have halloumi at home). Practical and tasted really good as well 😀

Made mine in a small frying pan as a 'deconstructed roll' as I was eating straight away, and it was delicious. Was curious how the mushrooms would bake up but they were fantastic and the red onion really added a sweet touch to it. Felt like I really was breakfasting like a king!

Very good. I forgot to add the paprika and cumin to the onions/mushrooms and it still tasted really yummy. Going to freeze some of these for postpartum :)

you need to specify which spices - isn't clear in recipe and now I've added garam masala to mushrooms instead of eggs
