I wasn’t so sure of this when I was tasting all the seperate components on their own. but once it was all put together it all melds well. a really delicious and energising lunch to take to work.

Sauce is delicious! I halved the lentil proportions as I'm a huge fan. Also annoying to have chickpeas as 480g when all cans come in 400g! I just used 1 can. But loved the rest. Thanks for a lovely recipe !

I think it should be two cans as most cans have a drained weight of 240g.

The dressing was really nice. Not sure if I would make again though as not sure about the mix of hot elements with the cold lentils, but that's just my taste.
