    Hey Gracie! You can use the pan juices to top the chicken however you decide to serve it - either to add some extra sauciness to one of the batch remixes, or simply over your favourite carb!

    I’ve made the Roast Chicken with Schmaltzy Courgette a few times, it’s SO good. I have swapped the grains for bulgur wheat before, and might try it with rice or whatever carb I have on hand. The portions are quite large (maybe a weight for the chicken/courgettes would be helpful) but no complaints here whatsoever. Make this, you will love it!

    One of my fave MOB recipes 😍 Such a great batch cook for a Sunday, you get a fab alternative to a roast and then tea for Monday and Tuesday is sorted too. Wouldn't change a thing about it
