Delish. We added boiled eggs cut in half to serve along with broccoli and mange tout, which was cooked in the broth.

Nice fresh recipe. Went down very well with the family and we will definitely cook again.
The only thing I questioned was the nutritional information. I worked this out as approx 696 kcal per portion ( this was me over estimating too). It is stated to be 1098kcal per portion. Is this for the whole of the recipie and not actually per portion?

First time making ramen and it was delicious!! I swapped out bean sprouts for mange tout (not a fan of bean sprouts). The recipe was easy to follow and once I made it, devoured it and loved it… a few days after i went out and bought some ramen bowls 😆
