They taste very good and turned out very soft and fluffy. I reduced the amount of salt a bit. I made enough for 5 servings to prep breakfast for the whole week.

way too salty with a full tsp of salt. Doesn't really balance out the sweetness of the protein powder, just makes the pancakes taste a bit bizarre. Batter was also extremely thick and needed to double the amount of milk (assuming this might be down to protein powder brand) to get it near pancake consistency. Would reduce to 1/4 tsp salt and maybe reduce the amount of flour if making again

Made these pancakes this morning and no matter how I heated the oil/used lid or no lid the pancakes cooked and stuck to the pan but stayed wet at the top so impossible to flip, complete waste of time.

I added some crushed raspberries to mines and they were gr8...didn't have baking powder but didn't bother the pancakes I don't think!

Great recipe! I felt there was a bit too much salt for my taste - not sure it is because I have skipped the protein powder?

Hi Cristina! Yes, most protein powders are sweetened, so this recipe takes that into account. If you're skipping the protein powder, it will alter taste and texture. Add some sugar or sweetener to taste if ever.
