what is a serving on this? 463cal for 20g of protein seems a bit off for a snack!!!

It was a little dry and hard to make into balls. Any suggestions to what I could add to make it more sticky and hold shape. Thanks

Hey Beth! We recommend using a natural peanut butter which are a little more runny and maybe try adding an extra few dates if you're still missing that stickiness x
