I entered the ingredients into a calorie counter and it said the serving was 767 calories. Why is there such a discrepancy?

Hey Samantha! Thanks for your feedback we've updated the nutritional information. But also just to flag as the mixed seeds are added after preparation, the exact amount can vary from serving to serving. This means the calorie count may differ slightly depending on how much is added.

If I made this in bulk, how long do you think I can make it in advance of eating it?

Hi Kevin! We would suggest keeping it in the fridge 3-4 days x

Really enjoyed this. It’s a fairly substantial serving and high in calories (727) and fat (31g) so ate it over two days.
