the method is missing shopping the shallots. for a few ingredients it said ‘if using’ which is confusing when it’s part of the ingredients when told to buy but then it seems you may not need to use. it also would be good if it can recommend rice , noodles , bulgur. of course we can assume and not hard to pair it up but it would be good to get the recommendation so you don’t forget to make a side with it. I almost forgot to cos I assumed it would be filling enough but after cooking it I decided to make rice. but it does look delicious

Fine but not amazing! 1 minute isn’t enough for the tomatoes and chilli to cook. It was looking rather pale in colour too, so added much more turmeric!

I’m inclined to agree about the tomatoes. The photo shows them looking oven-roasted. No way 1min would get that. Feels like there’s a step missing. Suffice it to say, I’m going to roast mine before adding them at Step 4
