You can't beat a good pasta recipe and this one is very, very good indeed. Lovely fresh prawns in a tomato and courgette sauce. Easy.

Flavour was great. added lots of chilli. The tomato’s could have been canned to save time, or blitzed even (not grated as the recipe says). And there was way too much courgette - perhaps the season dictates the size.

I wouldn’t make this again. I don’t think paprika and pasta should ever be put together imho but, I this is the only recipe of yours I’ve ever disliked!

I liked this recipe. I used chopped tomatoes instead of grating them, and wasn’t a fan of the gremolata (might add garlic to the sauce, lemon zest when tossing with pasta and fresh parsley as garnish), and added sliced chillis as topping.

Noticed that a lot of reviews said it was bland, so I added sake, used coriander instead of parsley, doubled garlic, added chilli crisp with anchovies. It was a hit with the kids. Summery light weeknight dinner. I think the recipe meant to call for medium sized vine tomato's but when I was shopping i interpreted it as baby vine tomato's and realised my mistake as I was adding it.

It was bland but I give my own twist to it.

This really lacks flavour. I made the mistake of getting jumbo king prawns, I think the key is to have more smaller prawns so that you're more likely to get prawn with every mouthful. Unless you get a mouthful with prawn it just doesn't taste of much. I like food that packs a punch though, so might be OK for those into blander food. I even added chilli flakes and it didn't really help!
